The Story
The kohiki technique originated in Korea during the Joseon dynasty and was later adopted by Japanese potters. This particular cup was crafted by Takeshi Yasuda, a master potter known for his refined interpretations of traditional forms. Each piece reflects the natural variations inherent in the wood-firing process.
