Tiny spiral leaves with a fruity sweetness—it grows among peach and plum trees, and you can taste it.
The Story
Green Snail Spring tea grows in Jiangsu Province among fruit orchards. The leaves absorb fragrances from neighboring peach, plum, and apricot trees, developing a natural fruity character. Each tiny leaf is hand-rolled into the distinctive spiral shape that gives the tea its name. Like Longjing, early spring harvests are most prized.
