White Peony
Fujian, China
A little more body than Silver Needle, with notes of hay, melon, and that ineffable quality of a lazy afternoon.
The Story
Bai Mu Dan includes both buds and the first two leaves, giving it more complexity than Silver Needle at a friendlier price point. The combination creates a fuller cup with more vegetal notes while retaining that essential white tea character. It's what many tea lovers drink daily, saving the pure-bud teas for special occasions.

Brewing Tips
White Peony is more forgiving than Silver Needle. If you like a stronger cup, steep longer rather than using hotter water. The leaves should unfurl fully—give them room.
